Cindy is not only a Founding Instructor with Inner Edge Travel Academy, but she is also the Operations Director for the Altered States Psychedelic Edutainment (ASPE) Academy. Cindy is an educator, facilitator, and transformational leader with nearly two decades of experience designing learning experiences that support growth, self-awareness, and human development.
As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Journey Education, Cindy spent 18 years building and leading a nonprofit school community, overseeing curriculum development, educator training, organizational leadership, and student-centered learning programs. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to learn, grow, and thrive.
In addition to her work in education, Cindy is a certified health and life coach, yoga instructor, mindfulness practitioner, and sound bath facilitator. For years, she has guided individuals and groups through practices that cultivate self-awareness, emotional resilience, personal transformation, and meaningful connection.
As ASPE Academy Operations Director, Cindy brings together her expertise in curriculum design, facilitator development, experiential learning, and transformational education. She is dedicated to preparing facilitators who embody presence, integrity, compassion, and professionalism while developing the skills necessary to guide others through profound personal growth experiences.
Cindy's work is rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation occurs when knowledge, self-reflection, and human connection come together. She is passionate about helping facilitators develop both the practical competencies and the inner qualities needed to support others with wisdom, care, and authenticity.
