Meet Jennifer Isom.
Jennifer Isom is a retired United States Air Force veteran, educator, integration coach, and creative systems builder working at the intersection of altered states education, human development, and transformational learning. Her work focuses on helping individuals and communities approach personal exploration with greater preparation, ethics, responsibility, and integration while blending evidence-informed education with accessible, human-centered support.
Jennifer is the creator of the Altered States Psychedelic Edutainment™ framework, an educational approach that blends research-informed learning, storytelling, creativity, and community engagement. Through guidebooks, workshops, facilitator development programs, and digital platforms, she works to make conversations around consciousness more understandable, practical, and culturally responsible.
She is also the founder and owner of Inner EDGE Travel Agency™, an ecosystem for the spiritual traveler focused on facilitator-educator training and educational development. The organization provides ethical facilitation education, integration-informed training, and practical tools that support intentional and responsible exploration.
Alongside her educational projects, Jennifer develops creative brands and community-centered educational media that merge artistry with purpose. In February 2026, she established ZenHouse Foundation for Psychedelic Education, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to democratizing access to evidence-informed psychedelic education through freely available resources and community support. Her work includes publishing projects, facilitator resources, experiential learning systems, and psychedelic-inspired culinary concepts rooted in education and connection—all designed to reach people across economic barriers.
Jennifer’s background in leadership, organizational development, psychology, and education allows her to bridge structured professional systems with transformational and experiential learning. Her work values both evidence-informed practices and the deeply human experiences that often accompany personal growth and altered states exploration.
Military Career
Jennifer Isom, MSgt, ret., served 23 years on active duty in the USAF. Throughout her military career, she worked across multiple mission areas that strengthened her experience in leadership, education, communication, mentorship, and operational support.
