Her responsibilities include hiring, benefits coordination, safety compliance, leadership development, employee relations, licensing, insurance management, and producing monthly newsletters for clients. Before joining the family business, Kricket spent 18 years as a stay‑at‑home mother, raising her children and actively supporting their education. Kricket’s connection to movement and wellness began long before her professional work.

From 1993 to 2004, she performed as a professional Middle Eastern dancer at the Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant and the Bacchanal Dinner Theater at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, as well as at numerous corporate events. Movement was her first language, and it naturally led her to yoga as a way to support her body as both an active and retired dancer. What began as a physical practice evolved into a deeper understanding of somatic release, emotional processing, and the mind‑body connection.

She completed her 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training in Isla Mujeres, Mexico with Kootenay Yoga School, followed by two yin yoga teacher trainings—one with Rise & Shine Yoga School in Ibiza, Spain, and another with TruFusion’s Kris Blunt and Angela Albuquerque, a respected Las Vegas yin and restorative teacher. She also completed private sound‑healing training. Her teaching style is gentle and accessible, and she is especially drawn to students who believe they are “not yoga people,” guiding them toward new awareness, openness, and self‑connection. Her interest in psychedelic‑supported mental‑health care grew from personal experience.

For the past three years, she has supported a family member in exploring alternative approaches after traditional pharmaceutical options proved ineffective. This led her to research the science‑based evidence behind psychedelic medicine and to recognize its alignment with her long‑standing relationship with holistic wellness, plant‑based practices, and somatic awareness.
